We don't know that about Clarke. We do know he'll spin at the direction of his boss, but Bush isn't his boss anymore.

And most folks don't follow the news as closely as do we.

Given events, given the predilection of GWB & Co. to lie and hide, it's easy to tell who's informed and who isn't.
