We have to have trust in our miltary leadership in Iraq. We are still occupying Iraq. The CPA should not be interferring with miltary tactics; this is the same mistake as if the President trying micro-manage the miltary tactics. If the CPA wanted the the Marines to get this cleric and retake Fallujah, then the CPA needs to let the Miltary finish this task.
As a guess I wonder whether the Iraqi army "problem" is they are being micro managed by CPA. Does the Iraq miltary have good generals and they being allowed to run their operation- without being second guess by the civilian authority?
