When Challenger exploded, it was 1 out of 25.
But after that, lots of improvements were made and when Columbia burned, it was 2 out of 113, but is it the right kind of odds?
Columbia was safer (in 2003) than before 1986, but shouldn't we count only after STS26 ? (Then it's 1 out of 88).
Odd odds.
