Update on Iraq's Oil
$7.5 billion and counting.
Doesn't seem like much compared to what we've spent, but it's about $300 for every person in Iraq, which has an average annual income of about twice that.
I still think a good chunk of this money should be distributed to the Iraqi citizens individually. It would be a great incentive.
