I was specifically referring to the article on Powell, and frankly, I haven't even read any of the other ones.

I have noticed that my old Netscape 4.7, which I still use for mail, cannot generate some web sites, showing pretty much what you described, a heading with no text. I use Internet Explorer for better compatability on these sites, and generally run both browsers along with whatever graphics software I happen to be using to do actual useful work.
