This site operates like it was running on a 486 - 25.

On my desk at work I have a MSI board with 400+ MHz frontside bus, 2500 MHz AMD Athlon processor, 512 MB of 400 MHz RAM, etc. It runs like a bat out of hell, no matter what load I put on it.
