Quick question, Robert:

Did you hold one side constant and skew the other, or did you skew towards a common middle image? If the former, is my dream of color stereo image pairs possible in the magic world of image processing? (I suppose there would still be a problem with color balance image to image) Would skewing towards a common middle improve overlap? Given there is always radial distortion in camera lenses, would a slight radial correction (orthorectification) clean things up at the edges? Using the spherical deformation command, (+/-) perhaps? Is this distortion value included in the pancam specs? I don't know if that is the same approach that is used to correct air photos and satelite images for GIS use.

I'll stop, since that was like five or six questions.

Excellent work.
