The restaurant-bar in [where else?] Buffalo, NY that came up with the original recipe for "buffalo wings" in 1935 lists them under the following condimentary variety: "mild; hot; very-hot; suicide".
I'm not kidding! That's how they are listed...When I last visited the restaurant-bar on Main St., in Buffalo, NY, I ordered the "hot" variety [$6.99 US for a dozen buffalo-wings]...
That was 'hot' enough for me.
