"AND WHY NOT FORMALIZE THE DE FACTO INDEPENDENCE AND DEMOCRACY OF TAIWAN? "

Well, supppose Kerry is elected, and as President he could do this without the Congress getting involved (though they would probably impeach Kerry for doing this). What do you think the favorable results could be of doing this. Do you think there may be some unfavorable results from doing this?

"If Iraq leadership on July 1 wants the US to leave Iraq, then we will leave. As a sovereignty it can make this choice.

NONSENSE. AS A MATTER OF FACT, IRAQ WAS SOVEREIGN WHEN INVADED."

Iraq's sovereignty was suspended. The Coalition is the legal occupational authority until June 30.

"WE'RE BACK TO THIS AGAIN. HELPING TAIWAN BECOME AN INDEPENDENT STATE IS A NOBLE GOAL. "

It wasn't our goal. Hmm, would helping California or Quebec become an independent State, be a noble goal?
