By the way, the hard truth is that Kerry's Vietnam service, good or bad, is utterly irrelevant to this election. Timothy McVeigh fought bravely in the Gulf War and also came back with medals. Does that matter one bit when judging what happened later?
It's what you did in the years to follow that count, and what you would do as President, and Kerry does not want those issues looked at.
