A 727 cruised at over 500 MPH, so as long as you keep it pointed into the wind, a hurricane probably wouldn't hurt it. The drag produced by 150 MPH winds would probably be no more than a few thousand pounds of force. I'd want to put spoilers on the wings to kill most of the lift and prevent lifting loads.
Overall, it seems like a pretty expensive home for something that's about the size of a house trailer. I wouldn't want one, nor would I want one in tornado zones.
