This test says that the average American reads 250-300 wpm.

I suck. No wonder I don't like reading.

228 words per minute but 80% comprehension. Have to admit at least two of the correct answers were educated guesses.

I don't know about you 'guys', but I do enjoy reading things like wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics and I rather study examples of syntax than just read text describing what it does.
