You will note he's not comparing the plans but the response to the plans and even then it is just a fluff piece. The responses were different from each other.
Yes, SFF, AIAA, ProSpace, TMS, NSS, and TPS and others are planning to have a single voice. This may violate some IRS nonprofits status in this group.
I'm a member of TPS, NSS and TMS and think this is s vast waste of time and money. We will spend capital and then change presidents and have to start over after having spent all our energies on this ill conceived plan of Bush's.
