This abuse/torture of criminals/war prisoners is unacceptable. I think the adminstration is doing a good job to resolve the issue. I think there fundemental aspects which should be dealt with which contributed to making such events more probable. And when say fundemental, I mean the basic way that not only the miltary deals with prisoners but also how civilian world does.
