Maybe Blix owes us an apology. Perhaps the UN inspectors didn't do enough in order to get Saddam's regime to comply with the cease fire agreement. Maybe they should kiss Saddam ass more often and done things which would resulted in getting to the point of being able to verify that Saddam no longer had WMD, so that sanction could lifted, and Saddam could fullfill the rest of the cease fire agreement. Which would resulted in no further need to maintain the "No Fly Zone" and the end of the Gulf war.
Now, I don't know if Blix owes us an apology, but there are some things that leads me to think he didn't regard their job as important one. And of course there is the fact that there is so little disclosure from the UN and Blix- this lack of transparency is disturbing.
