I agree that these people are morally criminals... I think the ACLU is wasting its time by defending them... BUT why stop there? There are many people that have children that they cant support, shall we prosecute them all? What about couples that are barely functional mentally retarded? What about neo-nazi couples? What about republican couples?

Should the couple in question have more kids? HELL NO! Should procreation be legislated? It opens up a seriously dangerous can of worms...
