Sadr and his army
this blogger condenses a lot of what I have been gathering from many sources. Rather than plowing over Iraqi cities with tanks, our military has been slowly and quietly picking away at the opposition, and encouraging other Iraqis to do so as well. Sadr's forces are losing men on account of other Shiites as well as coalition troops.
Waiting to see how this turns out. I would be pleasantly surprised if this low-key approach actually worked.
