OK, so done 2 shame them in their culture?
Since the Iraqi's have different ways, this was done to shame and humiliate the prisoners? i don't think this went unnoticed in the upper le els of command, and for it to be ignored this long is criminal...besides, what about the rules of the GENEVA CONVENTION? Or did that goout the window?
