Except, if miscrosoft F'd with it, Diebold would immediatly recognize that and Bill Gates would get slammed. If Diebold messed with it- they're the only ones counting and looking at those results. Not a single person would notice. Besides, we've seen that there are widespread irregularaties now. It's a goddamn joke.
