Someone here (I'm sorry, but I've forgotten who) suggested that one way to deal with North Korea would be to smuggle hundreds of radios in. I'm wondering what it would take to remove the last few bottlenecks from a world-wide information source available to anyone who can take a reciever under the open sky. The internet is a very good start, but still is vulnerable to those who control the infrastructure.
