Good news if it holds up, particularly the part about starving out North Korea. What Libya has been doing is what Iraq should have been doing years ago if it was really interested in disarming.
But maybe Libya is stringing us along? If so, Saddam should have taken lessons on scamming the Americans from Ghaddafi, since Saddam obviously sucked at pretending cooperation.
