He had to have. Why refute the Geneva Convention?
And why have the "Patriot Act" unless you plan on secretly detaining Americans.
And why not allow them representation unless you plan to torture them?
And how can this administration be trusted with this much power?
Can't.
That which they have already demonstrated to the long-term disgrace of America.
That's a strong statement, and not too strong. America and Americans are less safe because of these folks.
