opened with Egypt and Jordan. Then, with a new supply of weapons, the PLO will continue attacking Israel.

I expect that the PLO will acquire SCUD and Katushka rockets along with some fair-sized artillery pieces, up to perhaps 150 mm. These will enable the PLO to strike all major targets in Israel without needing to cross the borders.

Since terrorist attacks against Israel have been pretty well thwarted in the past few months, rockets and artillery are needed in order to permit the PLO to resume its attacks against Israel. Soon these will be made on a scale even larger than before. Arafat will be so happy!
