Unnerving terrain
I look at images like that, think about speculation about sinkholes in the area, look at images showing features that sure look like sinkholes...and I worry about Oppy. You can joke about those plates being hatchways to underground lairs, but what if the little guy rolls on to one of those plates and it's undercut, collapses, or maybe flips up and whacks Oppy upside the instrument head. Ouch! I'd feel that pain!
Well, a rover's gotta rove, it's no good to itself or anybody else if it just freezes in place. So I guess we just have to grit our collective teeth and hope for the best.
Good luck, little feller!
