I actually was sorta kinda hoping that she'd take office, nationalize everything under the Indian sun, spook the bejeezus out of American business and thereby put the kibosh on offshorring.
So, call me evil.
Besides, being a Gandhi in political life there is kinda like being a Kennedy over here, isn't it? Maybe she just wants to avoid undue ventilation.
