I think we should all feel shamed.
These officers and the OGA (CIA="Other Governmental Agency"), knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They had "carte blanche" from their superiors. I wouldn't hesitate that Rumsfeld AND George Tenet should take responsibility for this. After all, they write the rules and give the orders.

Denying their culpability only whitewashes what this administration has done TIME AND TIME AGAIN. They change the rules, break them, hide them and then deny everything.
As I said before, this administration has had more investigations than any other in it's short period of time.

It's time that Americans wake up.
