May 19, 2004 Update -- ARMXER Orbital Skyhook Infrastructure
I have to say that nothing is certain until someone crunches some serious numbers. Even then, I am often left banging my head against the table wishing I knew more. The major addition is Appendix II of my online paper. Profound stuff if you ask me... and I think I'm going to have to do more editing in the future if ideas such as this one are to fit into the general framework of a space transportation infrastructure.
