It's truly unfortunate that the good and reasonable conduct of the many is overshadowed by the vile conduct of a relative few. It's terribly unfair.
Without exception, every single member of the US military I've met has been a terrific person. I know that's hardly a scientific poll, but it's true.
I think the number of "straight-jackets" you'd need would probably be roughly proportional to the number you'd require if testing the general population. Maybe somewhat less.
I just think that's an unfair suggestion, Jack.
