Waiting to be banned...

We're going to have a young adult cooking program this summer featuring bug cuisine. I have recipes featuring crickets (lend a nice crunch to chocolate chip cookies) and meal worms. We will be harvesting cicadas shortly. My only regret is that I'll have to freeze them, and so they will only be suitable for baking. No cicada stir-fry... :'(
