I just thought the name was cute -- please don't take it to heart.
On the other hand, it's more a matter of immediate leadership giving the nod, than the Bush Administration spurring the troops to brutalize a people. You can try to run it all the way to the top of the flagpole, but I don't think you'll get many legitimate salutes.
