The date of when they were made is not important in light of the facts that the two shells were made by Iraq, they were usable, they contained Chemical agents, they were in violation of the UN resolution and unaccounted for by Saddam.

And very disturbing is that they were unmarked and the terrorist have them. You can bet there are more in hiding and more in the hands of terrorist.

Being unmarked makes them very hard to find, either by UN inspectors, or US troops. Hmmm. It doesn't take a genius to see why they are unmark.
