There was a movie a few minutes long put out on the internet a few years back- two guys did it on their computers at home, it was called "flight ###" the ### is because I dont remember the whole title lol...(anyone have a link for this video? I would like to see it again)

Anyways, it was about a plane making an emergency landing on an LA freeway- it was incredible- very realistic... and this is just what 2 guys did in their spare time- now imagine what could be done with a few million dollars and a team of pros... it is a cause for concern...

We are already seeing this tech misused, like the amateurish video showing UFO's making a crop circle posted here a few weeks ago...

Now imagine two weeks before the election, a video of Bush snorting coke comes out... or conversely, a video of Kerry taking a bribe from a foreign power... This sort of thing could be a threat to democracy...

I wrote a short story, once, about a movie in production when the main actor dies in the middle of production... they continue on with the movie using computer graphics- the result is so perfect that all movie companies quit using actors and use only computer generated actors and settings - cheaper that way...

Anyway, we are going to see this technology misused, and it will be misused to corrupt the political process... when reality can be perfectly simulated the danger is severe...
