Kerry's irresponsible speech that as president he will hold one on one talks with North Korea is not only undermining President Bush, but Russia, China, Japan and South Korea as well.

The scheduled mid June talks with North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Russia, China and the US doesn't make it easy for positive development with Pyongyang with statements like that from Kerry. Pyongyang can just stall or lie until the elections are over hoping the softer easier Kerry will be elected.

It's hard to believe that Kerry hasn't learned from the failed Clinton dealings with North Korea.
