Unless one can prove that an organization is actually funding terrorists or cooperating with terrorist acts, it isn't illegal to preach hatred.

But isn't that what the Dept. of Homeland Security and the "Patriot" Act are supposed to be for: investigating - and, hopefully, interrupting - funding and other cooperation with terrorists? Is it possible that every knee-jerk reaction of the current Administration, no mater how well-intended, is as poorly executed and ineffectual as the occupation of Iraq?
