The insurgency there was one of two separate prongs of the April uprising. The other one, the Sadr Shiites, is being settled as we speak. Note this story on the militia problem.

Fallujah will be sorted out in good time.

And face it, if the Marines had gone in and cleaned out the city, you would still be bitching about the civilian casualties. Remember, with you there are no right actions in Iraq.
