Takes a while. You might want to run Spybot, before Stinger.
Spybot takes a bit of time, too, if you use it to delete spyware.
After all is said and done, I'd suggest you defrag the drive. The spyware seems to infiltrate everywhere, and when it's removed leaves a HD with a lot of fragmentation.
