re: Bush = Reagan?
Sorry you spent so much time on that clever post, but my point was not the equivalence of Bush and Reagan, it was the almost identical broken-record attacks by the Left which, incidentally, turned out to be a load of crap in the end.
Much of the credit for the end of the Cold War was due to Reagan and his crew doing almost the exact diametric opposite of what the Left, the Democrats, and the usual European peanut gallery were telling him to do.
I haven't seen any reason to change that approach.
