Opportunity "dipping in" to Endurance Crater again.
This time from the rear camera. Down, and back up a bit. According to the latest press release, these in-and-out tests of the crater slope have been quite successful. I expect what they learn here will also be useful in deciding if Spirit can do any hill-climbing.
The "dip" (or maybe another one) from the front camera is chronicled here. Maybe some ambitious type can make a movie of it.
