That's interesting, wonder what method will be used for interference of the GPS signal. Ground based or orbital interference?
Hopefully LarryJ will be able to enlighten us without security concerns.
Anyhow, it will be good practice for boaters to rely on the dead reckoning method of determining there location. I'll bet most are upset they will have perform manual plotting though.
