That is for the True Believers, and some of the undecided voters. GWB HAS to have something found before the election. The timing for that shipment was just about right.
And when something, anything, is found, in the US there will be shock, vindication, a multitude of sack dances amid the trumpeting of Cheney/bush as the saviours of Western Civilization.
The ROW will, once again, shake their heads in disbelief and awe at the gullibility of Americans.
And Mark Twain will be paraphrased again - no one ever lost money underestimating the intelligence of Americans.
