Non-lethal crowd control weapons developed
Good news. Imagine this electric field stun gun used on those wacko protestors rioting against globalization and destroying private property. Or deployed against crazed Islamofascist rioters. We still do need to do more testing to ensure that unwashed bearded hippies or folks with towels wrapped around their heads don't mysteriously ground out the electric plasma fields. And if there's a residual lethality of a few percent, well hey, nothing man made is perfect.
