John Holliman replaced Tom Mintier as Space specialist at CNN (must have been around 1990) and Miles O'Brien joined the team years before Holliman's death in the summer of 1998.

(It was a great achievement in California, today!)
I wonder if a TV channel had exclusive rights for the TV pictures.
