It's time the Iraqi people stand up for themselves and realize that if they want the freedom they so desired from the likes of Saddam they will have to be diligent.

Other countries who wish not to be diligent in the effort to smash the terrorist and help the Iraqi people be free have there own interest in mind and that is a sad state of affairs for the world.
This is the best opportunity to deal with al Qeada and al Qeada is proving it to the world. Short term passive dealings with al Qeada is false security for all the people of the world not just the people of the country who is practicing it.
