The idea that the US is a big cash cow supplying drugs below cost, including research, to other nations is bunk.

And if it weren't, why don't we decide to do this another way besides depriving poor Americans of drugs?

Ah, the propaganda. If they pound this into a person as a youth, that person believes it for life.
