Couldn't be full. I suspect a new installation of Spybot had something to do with it.

Security is nuts. I have no less than four programs deflecting the rapidly-increasing and ever-more-deadly crap from the internet: Spybot, AdAware, Norton Antivirus, and Cookie Pal. I find it hard to believe that they aren't smacking into each other in there somewhere. In the weeks since I got back, I have had four Blue Screens of Death, where before I had none at all for over a year.

If this keeps up, I'm going to have to reformat my main system. I've got so many applications loaded on there it would take days to bring it back (my data resides comfortably on a data-only drive, well-backed-up.) If I use "Ghost," I'll just bring back all the gremlins too.

The hard drive in my son's Imac is failing, too. It sounds like an erratic clock, ticking loudly. Nuts.
