I just don't want to close the door on any possibility. Personally, I think he's wrong (which in and of itself doesn't mean very much), and beleive me I certainly hope he's wrong...but I'm willing to entertain the possibility that maybe he's seeing truths that for whatever reason I can't or won't see myself.
Whether that's indicative of an open mind on the one hand, or simple gullibility on the other, I dunno.
