Don't panic!

The Voyager spacecraft images also showed some of those
ringlike anomalies.
They were?...Out-of-focus dust motes clinging to the camera lenses.
There's no handi-wipes available for a billion miles [wink] ;-)

Just ignore those minor defects and enjoy the images as they are!
They're "raw images", and that means that JPL engineers
and technicians will soon use their 'full bag of tricks' to
clean up, enhance, filter and focus those raw images
into...gems.

Or you could wait until October/26th when Cassini will flyby
only 1200km [750 miles] from Titan, 300 times closer.
cheers.
