What are those white things?
The caption lists them as:
"The bright spots near the bottom represent a field of clouds near the south pole."
I don't think so. I think those are mountain peaks protruding through the cloud deck. They are vaguely circular (a crater?). I thought Titan would be like Venus, where all we could see from space was clouds. However it looks like some surface features maybe visible. If Huygen survives entry, it's going to provide some very interesting images.
