His comment had nothing to do with what he sees in his local area. He was comparing an invasion of a harmless country with the attack on Pearl Harbor.
And whatever he sees, he's in one spot and "working for The Man". He could see a great pedicure, the best damned pedicure in the world, a gift of the American people, purchased with Iraqi money filtered through Halliburton. So what!!??
