Is there some basis for this prediction?

When I drank, I hung out in places and with people to drank a lot, too. We all thought it was normal, and the other folks were a bit wierd.

Hanging out in the places you hang out, it would be easy to believe the entire world was right-wing. And the other folks are a bit wierd.

So, aside from the same psychology that happens in a football locker room, where everyone is high-fiving and shouting "we're number 1" before a game, do you have any reasons for that prediction?
